Pros
Great location. Junior staff are very good and deserve to work at a better place.
Cons
Toxic work environment with an inept Human Resource department that does not seem to deal with the myriad bad managers it has to deal with. CEO runs the organization with a coolness that chills the soul. Upper management is absolutely inept.
