In-country teams are doing great work despite the odds against them (HQ) One of the last international development federal contractors in DC post DOGE thanks to USDA Foreign Ag projects - I still would tell someone to switch industries before hanging on at Counterpart

Cons

Leadership cultivates a delusional and draining environment driven by ego, unchecked behaviors, antagonistic interpersonal communication styles, wildly uninformed decisions, political capital shenanigans, and soul sucking the hope and dreams out of subordinate employees.
