      Great teams that have been a joy to work with

      Cons

      Laysoffs every year, no brand direction or strategy that sticks like glue. Turn over in c-suite like popcorns. It’s very stale and not much hope for the future. If you value sanity, look elsewhere.

      Pros

      The people were pretty nice and there was a work-life balance.

      Cons

      Although this company sits at the forefront of edtech, behind the scenes they are unorganized. Lack of tools to extract data, to make work impactful and putting bandaids over challenges, rather than having the difficult conversations.
