      The environment is passive-aggressive and overly hierarchical. There is little empathy for each other, and most teams operate in silos. Design is positioned on UI only

      Pros

      The people were pretty nice and there was a work-life balance.

      Cons

      Although this company sits at the forefront of edtech, behind the scenes they are unorganized. Lack of tools to extract data, to make work impactful and putting bandaids over challenges, rather than having the difficult conversations.
