I have never worked with an SLT that both understand (and are often experts in) the day-to-day experience on the ground, yet provide such clear direction and background on those decisions to the broader company. I'm surrounded by top talent, people who push me to be better, and support my function to the best of their ability. Work life balance is perfectly handled, underpinned by the remote-first policy. Direct management is so solid, can't say that I've had a better manager.
