At Coviu, we are committed to a transparent and thorough hiring process, especially for strategic roles such as the US-based Account Executive position. Our interview questions are designed to assess candidates' experience in relevant areas, including their experience developing and leading sales processes and strategies, which are crucial to expanding into new markets. We understand the importance of confidentiality and are mindful of the proprietary information candidates share; we certainly don't intend to overstep those boundaries.
Regarding the interview structure, we aim to dive deeply into a candidate's experience to ensure alignment with our company's needs, but we also strive to provide insights into the role and growth opportunities and provide an opportunity for candidates to ask any questions too.
