      Great culture, Good Benefits, will support a work-life balance with WFH options

      Cons

      Your commission is capped and you are given the opportunity to make 5k checks but realistically you'll get written up if you're getting over 3k consistently. Commission is VERY up and down and communication with higher ups/ superiors is one-sided.
