CoxHealth is a very Fulfilling job when the floor is staffed and nurses and NAs help one another.

When the Floor is not staffed, which has been about 80% of the time for the last 6 months, it is extremely unsafe for patients and staff. Night shift also takes a big toll on health.

Good, professional work environment. A lot of good benefits.

A huge lack of departmental strategy, a lot of fly by the seat of your pants.
