CoxHealth is a very Fulfilling job when the floor is staffed and nurses and NAs help one another.
Cons
When the Floor is not staffed, which has been about 80% of the time for the last 6 months, it is extremely unsafe for patients and staff. Night shift also takes a big toll on health.

Scan protocols regularly change, so it can be hard to know what the doctors want and don't want included in the exams
Difficulty in discerning which doctor to contact regarding critical finds as it can change daily
Difficulty discerning which doctor to contact regarding XR/CT screening clearance as preferences are changed regularly
