I really loved my time with CAC. The onboarding process was so much better than anything else I have come across, the pay was way above industry standards, and the work was rewarding. Benefits are strong. Company has direction and knows where it wants to go, and that path is discussed in detail often.
Cons
You will drive a lot (depending on your market). You are judged and paid based on YOY growth, and can be challenging to duplicate growth patterns over multiple years.
