Pros
Credit Acceptance is a great company to work for! I have been with Credit Acceptance for a long time and strongly believe that we have the best finance product in the industry. Also a very fast growing company with plenty of opportunity for advancement.
Cons
Not much that I can think of in this area. Everyone seems to always be looking for areas to improve the business from top down.
