Great Company - Specialist Credit Acceptance Employee Review

Excessive review process. We do reviews several times a year but feedback from management doesn't change that frequently. One review per year would save time instead of reading the same review copied over each quarter. The review scores need to be less than 4 but higher than 3, so why use a 1-5 system when 5 is unattainable? What if all employees applied that logic to the GPTW survey to show that when CAC is doing an excellent job in a category, they give a 3? It doesn't make sense.
