Crio.do is nothing but a money-hungry, fake edtech platform. They sell overhyped, overpriced courses by giving false hopes to learners and job seekers. Once you pay, you’re on your own — no real support, no actual job guarantee, just a flashy website and some fake success stories. I joined their team and worked for 20+ days — even relocated over 600 KM for the role. Gave my best, stayed honest, and still got terminated without any proper reason. The internal team? Highly unprofessional and full of immature people who gossip more than they work. Leadership? Completely spineless and double-faced. After throwing me out, they delayed my salary. I had to send 40+ emails just to get paid for the days I worked — and this was while I was dealing with a medical emergency. HR blocked me, others ignored me like I didn’t exist. Absolutely heartless and disgraceful. Their work culture is a joke. If you’re honest, they’ll treat you like a threat. If you speak up, they’ll shut you out. And as for their so-called learning products — just check the real Google reviews. Total waste of money. Avoid this place — both as an employee and as a learner. Crio.do is fake to the core.

* Exit process lacks transparency and timeliness, especially with Full & Final settlements. * Delays in F&F processing and pending bonus payouts can be frustrating for employees leaving the organization. * Communication from HR during the exit process could be much more proactive and clear. * Repeated follow-ups may be required to get updates on settlement status and final payout breakup. * Employee offboarding experience needs significant improvement in terms of responsiveness and accountability.
