Pros
My time spent at Crisp has been the fastest growth I've ever experienced, both personally and professionally. On top of the skills that I have gained from working here, my work ethic has become so much better than I would have imagined. Being told beforehand about how the hours you can expect are more than other places, I was slightly wary about how I would be able to perform, but being surrounded by hard working, incredible people makes it so easy to want to be here late and wake up in the morning happy to go in to the office. By far my favorite thing about the company is the people and culture, having a few dozen coworkers you could imagine there would be some conflict but from what I can tell everyone here gets along great and actively supports one another (which is extremely rare from any group of people this size). I truly feel supported by my coworkers and superiors and really feel a sense of community here. I couldn't imagine growing as much as I have, thus far, anywhere else as quickly as I have. All while enjoying the experience day by day.
Cons
The hours you put in are not synonymous with a typical 9-5 job and if that's what your expecting, you won't last. The work-life balance here is definitely skewed in favor of work which works for me but you might have a different opinion. Thankfully due to the culture, the time I spend at work I enjoy. Which makes the decision to work long hours much easier than at a job I don't enjoy being at; however, I do wish I had a little more free time available for my personal life.
