Pros
Great for entry level positions to make an impact and take on high level responsibility right away. I learned more in almost 1 year at Crisp than 4 years in college. The notable perks included generous PTO, casual dress code, 4% 401k match, and free lunch every day. Kolbe and PRINT assessments are beneficial to learn more about yourself and how to work with others. The absolute best thing about Crisp is the team. They hire top notch individuals who work hard, but more importantly, are genuinely good people. Many of them are very happy in their roles and love working for Crisp.
Cons
Crisp has grown remarkable leaps and bounds, but struggles to keep up. The company lacks the ability to properly plan and prepare for monthly goals, new program offerings, and a foreseeable increase in workload. Some teams are overworked because they are chronically understaffed and given far too much to juggle (which leads to consistent errors and client fires). You may be assigned a significant increase in responsibility without additional compensation or even a conversation to discuss the change. Based on the core values, it is expected that you take on additional work with a smile or it is often considered a mindset issue.
