Pros

At first, you might be dazzled by the energy here — loud huddles, flashy slogans, and endless “culture” rituals. But scratch beneath the surface and you’ll find a company built on unsustainable workloads, unclear processes, and a relentless pressure to do more with less

Cons

Leadership cares a lot about optics (especially for clients and outsiders) but very little about building real systems that support employees internally. “Ownership” here usually means taking on work well outside your role with no additional support or recognition. Manual processes are the norm, efficiency is an afterthought, and automation is treated like a luxury, not a necessity. The focus is almost entirely on selling more and hitting aggressive growth targets — often at the expense of thoughtful planning, employee well-being, or long-term client satisfaction. If you’re looking to grow sustainably, build smart processes, and be treated like a professional adult, this might not be the place for you. There’s pressure to keep working and checking Slack even during approved time off. Time off often feels more like a suggestion than a true boundary. Parental leave is embarrassingly minimal — just six weeks total after two years of employment (even less for dads). True to their performative over results nature, you get a house cleaning service and some diapers instead of priceless time with your child. The company culture leans heavily on forced positivity and “rah-rah” energy. Every morning starts with a literal “crush crush crush it!” chant, setting a tone that feels more like a summer camp skit than a professional environment.

We agree with your sentiments that culture isn't free snacks, loud music, and that manual processes make work incredibly difficult to do. We also agree that it was time to move away from the morning crush it and are currently testing out a new morning huddle structure, thanks to your feedback and and an anonymous survey to our current team members. That's just one small change and there is still lots to do so thank you for the feedback.

Pros

You get to see what willful incompetence looks like

Cons

I cannot emphasize you will regret working here. There has been 0 stable leadership in place for the sales team for YEARS due to the CEO and his 'leadership' team stuck on success of the past. Most recently they brought in the worst person you will hope to never come across in your life, in an effort to bring back 'winning culture'. The complete irony is they fired him years ago because of how toxic he was and how he was ruining the company from within LOL. A previous keynote presentation by one of our leaders describes why they moved on from him and yet they brought him back. You are not working inbound, you are not able to hit quota, and you're told to be grateful to work at the 'google' of law firm companies. That's not a joke, they fully believe they're on the likes of google while rewarding us with Crumbl cookies after performing the best we have in history. Unless you hit your unattainable quota you will get paid a disgusting low percentage variable, and the list goes on. Just reach out to any former employee in the org for more insight.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s clear this left a strong and frustrating impression, and we don’t take that lightly. You’re right that we’ve had inconsistency in sales leadership over the past few years. As the company has grown, we haven’t always gotten those hires right, and we recognize the impact that can have on a team, especially one with high performance expectations. We’ve made changes, including revisiting prior leadership decisions, with the goal of building a stronger and more effective foundation moving forward. That said, we also know that decisions like these can be polarizing, and not everyone will agree with the direction. We appreciate the candid feedback. It plays a role in how we continue to evaluate what’s working and where we need to improve.
