I won’t sugarcoat it— fast growth can feel overwhelming at times. The legal industry is quickly growing and evolving and Crisp is constantly trying to stay ahead of the curve to better support our clients and their teams. Is that challenging? Yes. But you’ll never face it alone. Crisp puts a lot of intentionality behind the hiring process. The individuals you get to work with are some of the smartest people you’ll ever meet.
