Pros
CrossOver really strives to combine a diverse workforce to offer excellent compassionate healthcare to the community, and they are taking positive steps towards bettering their approach towards diversity and inclusion even further. I was proud to be an employee working towards their mission.
Cons
Like many workplaces, there was at times, a disconnect between the "front-facing" staff and the administrative staff.
