Pros

Most staff are friendly and care about the member experience, high quality equipment, great pay, beautiful clinics, opportunity for growth and to volunteer for more responsibility, the main functions of the job are fairly simple, 401k, great benefits.

Cons

Lots of hosts with no medical background which means training and retraining over and over, management does not spend much time at most of the clinics, workflows tend to change at random (once you think you’ve learned the new process you’ll be told to unlearn it), some passive aggressive behaviors from management, some on site employees who are extremely negative about the company and bring the vibe down, some of the doctors talk horribly about the hosts but then are nice to their faces.

Pros

Great co-workers and support from my immediate supervisor. Pay and benefits were also very good, though benefits got progressively downgraded during my four years at the company.

Cons

Employment was dependent on contract with crossover corporate client (Amazon). This led to being laid off once, then rehired, then asked to expand hours. After that, there was no feeling of stability.
