HR set up the initial interview that was held over a video call. The clinic manager and the manager of all the sites attended. Once the video interview ended, I shortly received a call to come meet the team for an interview in-person. Shortly after that visit I received an offer.

Expect 4+ rounds of interviews. Quick screening call with a recruiter. Then hiring manager interview a couple days later. Was told they were looking to hire before EOY, and would be in touch within a few days. Recruiter ghosted and did not respond to follow up emails. Please be more transparent and stop wasting candidates time.

Going through 2 interviews with the company they did not have any real questions to provide to me and had limited information on the job details.
Based on the interviews they lead me on with noting they saw me as a good fit for the team and was excited to work with me, only to have the recruiter tell me the next day they would not be moving forward with the application.
