Pros

It's just a good place to work for those who want to.

Cons

Some employees don't care about the quality of our products. They cut corners just to make themselves look better than what they are. They have a poor attitude and feel entitled to make decisions that aren't theirs to make, which affects the quality and reputation of our business. While some others claim not to have the "tools" to perform certain work duties, which then fall on other employees to do the work.

Pros

-Opportunity to grow. -Health Benefits. -401k. -Growing company with young COO who is very much so with modern times & grew up in the company. Opportunity to learn & apply yourself. The owner/founder Thomas Chen is very humble and I respect him a lot. Real Rags to Richs story. He came here with nothing but the shirt on his back, no English, and had to work hard to support his wife and two young children. He went to school at night to learn English. With a lot of hard work and sacrifice, he was able to start Crystal Windows. He remembers everyone's name and treats them with respect. I have been here 13+ years already and I can see myself being here another 20+ easily. I feel very comfortable and happy here. Hearing his story - it should come as no surprise that I too, would have to work from the ground up. Hard work & discipline didn't come easy, but I have been in several departments up to my current position of outside sales. Best lesson ever as I am able to learn multiple parts of the company, their moving parts, and apply my knowledge in the field to help bring in more sales. Nothing is handed to you here, you have to apply yourself and work hard, just the way my parents generation had to do it. In the end, Hard work DOES pay off.

Cons

short staff, we need more positive minded hark working people to join our ranks! no millennial or crybabys please!
