The people in leadership turn a blind eye to very poor behavior, there is IC to IC unprofessionalism that is swept under the rug because the bully had knowledge of a critical system. My manager keeps burning through people by throwing them under the bus following his decisions. If you bring these issues up with HR, HR will turn around and make your life more difficult. I wished I kept paper trails of all the requests I've made to HR and the "we'll look into this" responses. Or the disengaged 1:1 I had with my manager after I raised issues with him with HR. The HR leader is buddies with all the leaders, your well-being is not the priority. Please keep a paper trail if you decide to join this company. It is inevitable that you will encounter very poor behavior in this company. Especially when it comes to money. Although this is standard best practice in general, it is especially important at this company. It is best to just avoid it.
