At Cuseum, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture is paramount to our success. Members of the management team, myself included, are highly involved in the day-to-day operations and are frequently rolling-up their sleeves to work with team members, customers, and partners. Additionally, the company has a well-established culture of frequent communication, constructive feedback, and coaching. This is demonstrated in the company's weekly all hands meetings, daily stand-ups, end of week retrospectives, one-on-one pulse sessions where feedback is exchanged and support is provided.
