Pros

it's a great place to work if you need no contact with your superiors or work best alone.

Cons

Management is very detached from daily operations and does not share a view of the future or guiding principles, they also do not have a leadership principle of the company, so you will not receive feedback or constructive criticism.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Glassdoor. We always appreciate feedback from past and present members of our team, so thank you for sharing your experience with us as we continually strive to improve our workplace environment. At Cuseum, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture is paramount to our success. Members of the management team, myself included, are highly involved in the day-to-day operations and are frequently rolling-up their sleeves to work with team members, customers, and partners. Additionally, the company has a well-established culture of frequent communication, constructive feedback, and coaching. This is demonstrated in the company's weekly all hands meetings, daily stand-ups, end of week retrospectives, one-on-one pulse sessions where feedback is exchanged and support is provided. Your feedback suggests a departure from the positive experiences shared by many members of our team. I am genuinely interested in learning more about your specific experience, particularly regarding your interactions with your manager. Your perspective can provide valuable insights that will help us address any areas for improvement. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at brendan@cuseum.com. Your voice matters, and I am here to listen with an open mind and a commitment to understanding your perspective. Thank you, Brendan Ciecko CEO & Founder

Pros

Solid team with a strong work ethic in an environment with a handful of main competitors - you get to learn a lot about the product and have direct input with the VP and CEO.

Cons

Growing pains that come with every SaaS startup - decisions can change from a day to the next, you might feel a bit rushed to adapt. Since the main market is small I’m unsure about long term performance for the company, but they’re already expanding for solve for that.
