Pros
- Company has great employees with lots of knowledge - Office is in a great location, with good amenities - Challenging industry with a product with very potential - Good salary package, although some positions have a low salary compared to others.
Cons
- Until few months ago the company had a very poor Strategy and Sales focus, although it has changed in the past month, this still results in a confuse Product roadmap and portfolio, which changes a lot, with low focus in current customers' need, but focus on new big prospects. - Company has no longer customs in its core, pushing the experience knowledgeable people away. Custom4trade should change its name from Customs4trade to 4trade only. - People are no longer a priority, only the Revenue. Nobody from leadership or HR/OM cares about employee's concerns - People are also only seen as resources, being shifted from one position to another without consultation, not taking into consideration its aspirations and background. No training is foreseen after new position is announced. - Frustration grows in the company because of poor people management, poor leadership, lack of incentives, several layoffs and a very heavy workload, which leads into a huge turnover. - People are fired and dismissed in the same day, which results in no handover, and a lot of information is lot. Colleagues dont even have the time to say goodbye to former colleagues. - Lack of confidence in current leadership and HR, which are normally not present in office.
