One of the mission statement goals is FRUGALITY. This says it all!! CL admits they are cheap. Promotions are non-existent unless you slave away 12-14 hours a day and listen to CEO's wishes 100%.
For marketing, uses strange English names to market English locales or incorrect words to market to European locales. Top execs don't listen to those in charge of their locale.
