Cyberhawk Innovations Response
4yWow this review stung and so let me give you a bit of background to our journey so far.
2021 was a tough year for our field teams in California. We had to scale up at short notice and ended up doing over 30,000 tower inspections between Jan and November. It was nuts, but we did it. Towards the end of the year, when this review was written, we decided to focus on cultural fit rather than years of experience and speed when looking for people to continue their journey with Cyberhawk.
We ran a training camp in Bakersfield and ensured that our values became the real focus as everything else, we believe can be trained.
This year we added field supervisors and planning managers so that communication is much better and people have dedicated team members they can call on at any time for the California wildfire mitigation program.
We are also hiring in the UK, US, and Qatar contunually.
The reason why the US office is in Denver rather than Palo Alto is simple. We work all over the US, from Louisiana to California and all the way up to New York. Denver is a hub and we can get anywhere in a single flight. Believe me, I would love to be living in California but it is simply too expensive. Sure we take the team to Topgolf and have fun because we recognize that celebrating is key to a successful company. We do it in California too!
We started in 2008 and so far have done 100,000 flights in 37 countries. We have over 140 employees and use Peakon to send out monthly surveys. We consistently score 8.2/10 which is above the technology benchmark.
Don' take my word for it or his... Reach out to any of our employees on Linkedin and send them a message to find out the real story. I hate to see anyone feel like this on leaving Cyberhawk, for whatever reason. We have had people leave, some return and most remain good friends.
