Pros

There are a number of supportive and collaborative colleagues who contribute positively to the team environment despite the struggles.

Cons

There are ongoing concerns regarding communication, professionalism, and management conduct that are not always addressed appropriately. Pay does not appear to reflect the level of responsibility or workload, and overall team morale remains low. On occasion, subtle digs or unprofessional remarks from management contribute to a culture of discomfort and unease. Employees who express differing opinions may feel treated less favourably as a result. While the team is diverse, there appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and recognition are distributed. Several team members have expressed intentions to seek alternative roles, and it is concerning that new starters may not be aware of the challenges within the department. Shocked how a mental health company can treat employees like this.

Pros

Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

Cons

Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
