      Pros

      Experience is plentiful; no two days are the same.

      Cons

      No breaks, breaks were at lunch time, eating with the patients, but if you were on an observation or counting cutlery, it barely counted as a break.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
