Pros
Datamark is the place where I want to grow. while many others see this as a bad company, I see this as a company that I am willing to grow with my degree in business management. Sure, sometimes things do not go their way, but who is perfect. Not everyone is perfect. Mistakes happen and you know what, I rather learn from my mistakes than point fingers. I love the experience that I am receiving at the moment, I wouldn't want to have any other job than this. Even though there are production standards to uphold, those standards are a way to achieve a goal in real life. It is all experience. Datamark has changed me mentally for the better than any other job that I have had in the past. I wouldn't ask for a better job. and for those that say negative things, didn't realize the potential that Datamark had. For that I am truly grateful.

Yeah the base pay could be a little bit more. Really nothing more to say about this company.
