Team Lead (prep) - Mailroom Sorter Lead DATAMARK Employee Review

Supervisor didn't know what she was doing always did a half job of what she should've been doing. Since we work on production, she was always changing standards without informing people. There was no structure what so ever. We were so short handed people were getting overwhelmed. There was at least five call outs a week. Datamark doesn't take care of there employees what so ever. Health program sucked it didn't even meet the requirements. Management never had anything under control either. Employee turn over rate is horrible. I would never recommend this job to my worse enemy. After being there six years they treated me like crap.
