As is our commitment to our clients and every member of our team. This is especially true as we continue to grow at a rapid rate. We understand that growth comes with some necessary adjustments and pains, but we take all feedback, including this, seriously and are constantly working to enhance our work environment. Though one aspect of your feedback, regarding managerial perks, has left us a bit stumped as all DEG associates receive the same perks as management or anyone else in the organization.
