Not a thing to say

Amazing, smart, and intelligent people who are mostly helpful to one another. A wide variety of clients and businesses to work with. A decent job of work life balance for an agency.

The focus has shifted from the client to driving revenue and rewarding middle managers. The culture is now a political animal from what it used to be. Management has access to perks that regular employees do not. Ownership has no clue what people on the front lines do on a daily basis for clients, and that neglect is beginning to show. I second what others have said that HR is useless and has no intention on fostering an organization where associates have a voice.
