      - Great place to learn, grow and contribute to exciting projects. - Very friendly and supportive team to work with and learn from - Reasonable work life balance and young family friendly

      Cons

      - Took management a bit too long to take action against a toxic employee but fortunately that issue is resolved now. - In need of hiring young excited team members specifically with all of the new projects that are coming in.

      *Good pay & flexible schedule *Good opportunity to apply/learn engineering & software skills *Good work environment & chance to work with people from different backgrounds *Small business with good growth opportunities in technology sector related to commerical power, shipping, and military

      *Small business environment may not be suitable for some people *Occasional bad weeds which can lead to stress in the office (thankfully these are rooted out)
