Pros
Very few (3-4 people max) bright minds to chat with sometimes.
Cons
Software team is very weak and unknowledgeable, they insist on releasing crashing software packages. No pay raises. They claim providing 401K with 3% matching; however, you will discover they give ZERO contributions on your last day!! Compensation package is a lie. Work status discrimination based on race is very annoying (Fridays are seemingly OFF for white people)

- Great place to learn, grow and contribute to exciting projects. - Very friendly and supportive team to work with and learn from - Reasonable work life balance and young family friendly
Cons
- Took management a bit too long to take action against a toxic employee but fortunately that issue is resolved now. - In need of hiring young excited team members specifically with all of the new projects that are coming in.
