There seems to be clicky groups which can be a bit annoying at times.

There are so many passionate and hardworking employees working there.

Unprofessional Environment: The communication style utilized by current CFO made constructive verbal dialogue impossible. Conversations always defensive outbursts. There was no active listening. Structural dysfunction- CFO focuses on one individual rather than the team. Raising these concerns about team health resulted in poor working conditions and retaliation rather than resolution. The CFO consistently misrepresents the facts and attempts to obscure his actions. When these issues are raised, his response centers on retaliation rather than resolution. Furthermore, the culture within the department heavily favors one individual.
