      Pros

      Was a great culture initially. Seemed to have that startup feel and everyone on the same team

      Cons

      Quickly turned to a poisonous atmosphere once the surplus of work stalled. When creativity was needed to push forward negativity shined through. Management empowers clicky groups to form and the whole company suffers for it .

      Pros

      Great management who truly care for their employees. If you are willing to learn they are willing to teach you. Hard work is definitely recognized.

      Cons

      There seems to be clicky groups which can be a bit annoying at times.
