Toxic work environment. Several mergers have occurred recently and lots of confusion regarding who the decision makers are and how to handle employees during the merger. Previously owned company has unprofessional relationships with each other. Power struggles occur within all the offices. No room for advancement. Especially when partners in certain locations were unprepared. Very unpredictable and unable to make decisions for their own office. HR doesn’t have a lot of experience. Especially after two HR directors left within 2 years and they promoted someone without experience in HR. Benefits are mediocre at best.
