Pros

DGF is a great employer, with excellent benefits, good pay, and a great place to learn and develop. There are various methods of training, which DGF supports and does not hold back on. If you have potential, it is easy to be successful in this organization. I recommend working here, just be careful.

Cons

There are few cons at this organization, specifically Miami station, but they speak in large volumes. The security is a joke, as are the persons managing it, they know it. I underwent 4 "restructures", exiting during the 5th. Someone is always trying to reinvent the wheel to stay ahead in the industry at the cost of service to the customer, knowingly. Change is always good, but not when you don't know what you're doing. Mgmt likes to turn the blind eye on the real issues but excel in identifying the minimal matters and pointing fingers as long as they can manipulate numbers. Current local mgmt is very manipulative, they all talk bad about one another, and the entire building knows everything said in the meeting you just exited, right before you exited.

Pros

Not a single one comes to mind

Cons

I don't think there is enough words for how absolutely horrid the management is in Detroit. They do not care about you as a person. They smile in your face then break your morale, the very little we have left. They tell you to come to them when you need help or with any questions then make you feel like a burden for asking them a question. Literally, verbally exasperated when replying or they will belittle you for not knowing something. They drone on and on about being a team then destroy the morale. They also love to tell you how "transparent" they are then conveniently forget to inform you of changes that affect your life and schedule.
