everything has been pretty amazing. learning a lot. friendly supervisors and other employees. great training and benafits. the pay is great. so far it's been amazing
Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.
Cons
It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
