      Flex schedule (you can choose your hours), able to work OT from home.

      Cons

      Document review specialist position is VERY repetitious and boring. There is a lot office gossip and drama. There's an extremely high turn over rate. instead of giving you a chance to improve, after a warning you can immediately be fired, sometimes without warning.Everyone is constantly on pins and needles, afraid of being terminated, because it happens so often. There are not a lot of opportunities to grow in the company. Average employees stay only for about a year.

      Unable to think of anything.

      Cons

      This company has a lack of good leadership. The leadership they have in place has antiquated ideas about procedures. They are also very close minded when their employees present ideas to attempt to help progress the company and help the company be more profitable. The typical response is, "This is how we've always done it and it has worked for us and this is how we'll continue to do it." They also have no training in place. They will have a coworker train you and the next week that person is let go for not doing their job properly.
