      Co-workers are alright Some of their activities are fun to do Lots of free food

      Cons

      Micromanaging Layoffs constantly High turnover rate No real training system All the managers are white and there's no way you can advance to management roles anyway. Low pay; every job you were reassigned to was deemed a lateral move so they didn't pay you more. Sometimes they would make you do 3 or 4 things at once for no additional compensation. Do not give you letters of recommendation after you have been laid off Like a sweat shop; clock in and out doing monotonous work each day.

      lack of advancement or growth, do the work of 3 to 4 people on low pay, very small raise once a year that you have to jump through hoops for

      Flex schedule (you can choose your hours), able to work OT from home.

      Cons

      Document review specialist position is VERY repetitious and boring. There is a lot office gossip and drama. There's an extremely high turn over rate. instead of giving you a chance to improve, after a warning you can immediately be fired, sometimes without warning.Everyone is constantly on pins and needles, afraid of being terminated, because it happens so often. There are not a lot of opportunities to grow in the company. Average employees stay only for about a year.
