Pros
The starting pay rate is higher than most companies and pay for preformance pay out is great. During a 4 week must maintain a level of compentacy to qualify but it is extra money sometime if you have a perfect month you can receive up to 30% pay out.
Cons
The medical package is not that great you have to first spend $2000 before it kicks in. Dish is going thru change now and I know that sometimes change is difficult to accept but when you are told that you have the "power" to make decission and all of a sudden that is taken away , then what are you but a regular agent with some different applications
