Bad Management: The management here has never changed the same people in management have been there for years and have grown complacent and uncaring. They don’t care about the employees or the teams they’re in charge of and just except you to do the job of 3+ people because people keep quitting and they don’t replace them. Bad Pay: Most places have raises and bonuses and have even changed with the times since COVID . Not DDC. While getting paid biweekly you lucky to walk away with $1000- which broken down is only $500/week. People get paid less than that too - you have to work OT when it’s offered to even scrape by. Multiple people have multiple jobs because they can’t afford to live with the mediocre pay. There’s no bonuses, nothing given out at the holidays, nothing to cover or even partially cover expenses for onsite employees. Bad Moral: Moral is out an all time low, DDC says they’re working on it. They’re not, if anything it’s getting worse and worse. EVERYONE is depressed, exhausted, and defeated. While our CEOS , Directors, and upper management get to take as much time off as possible and get paid a lot, the rest of us are there everyday busting our butts and getting paid next to nothing. You get in trouble or scolded when you bring things up. Suggestions to making moral better get shot down or ignore. They want people to have no emotion, working like robots and get paid next to nothing for it.
