Pros

Good people here who are very knowledgerable and want to help see you succeed.

Cons

Nature of construction: Overworked and underpaid. More bad days than good it feels like. Signed a contract to work 40 hours. I work close to 50 every week and on Saturdays occasionally.

Pros

Great company culture and events

Cons

Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
