      Pros

      Probably one of the most progressive GCs in the nation. Compared to the last company I worked for, I feel that DPR was way more flexible.

      Cons

      Can work longer especially when getting towards the end of projects. Relocating is a must if you want to move up the ladder.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
