      Pros

      DPR is always looking for new ways to build. There is never a sense that they are doing it the same way just because it worked last time. Lots of employee benefits and a great laid back work culture.

      Cons

      You will work harder than you ever have. Everyone is super smart and dedicated to their projects. Definitely not a just put in the minimum kind of place

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
