Pros
1. Small size company 2. Good for new grads only 3. Good way to work for initial years of your career 4. Good to work in a make and break environment. 5. Good company for internships if available
Cons
1. They will lay you off without any notice, if their strategy changes 2. They will not look into building relationships and building assets for long term use. 3. Very bad at providing feedback. 4. Run by whims and fancies of VPs without heading to employees suggestion 5. You will see people you work with, going absent one fine day and later come to know that they have been let go for a non disclosed reason. 6. Their vison shared at the time of interview, changes very fast and that poses a huge risk of remaining employed with them
