- Very competitive bonus - Depending on the team you are on and the manager you have, there are opportunities for advancement. You will need to stand out or have an advocate - Again, depending on manager and team, good work life balance. the culture is not to work long hours in general - I do believe senior management cares about the good of the company and has the right intentions overall
Cons
- like many other reviews mention, there are a lot of older people who lack skill and have been in the same management positions forever and have no intention of retiring .... even though they have pensions and better long term benefits than new employees???? - embarrassing technology... slow, outdated, not innovative or top tier at all - health benefits are honestly not that great... could be better for the revenue - lacks diversity at senior levels - different functions/teams don't like working together. lack of accountability.
