Pros
Colleagues were mostly very nice, they often hire some very intelligent and interesting people so good for making friends.
Cons
There is little to no progression in a sales career here - in my tenure of over a year I didn't see a single SDR move into an AE role or anything else laterally. They have a bad habit of only hiring internally, which means management is often untrained for their roles or lacking the experience to make good decisions. The CEO is a poor leader. Has a tenancy to swear in meetings, struggles to remember names and has lied about the reasoning for making certain people redundant multiple times. Lastly, the culture took a terrible turn for the worse in Q2 2022 when the company was (and still is) poorly performing, leading to a number of redundancies due to SDRs representing poor clients. Also they don't pay your owed commission when you leave.
